I’m a UX/UI Designer with a background in HR, Research & Communications within the Healthcare Industry. I am experienced in designing and delivering solutions that improve the patient and employee experience, as well as optimising workflows and processes. I am looking to continue this work by helping companies to develop more human-centric experiences with their product(s) and foster user engagement, with a particular focus on social impact.

I apply the Design Thinking Methodology to all of my projects – a non-linear and iterative solution-based approach, which puts the user at the centre. My recent projects reflect my keen interest in realistic prototyping and animation to enhance the user’s experience.
Design Thinking is a non-linear, iterative and solution-based approach, which puts the user at the centre. It involves a continual process of empathising, defining (the Problem), ideating, prototyping, and testing. It is a great guiding framework for tackling complex problems, by reframing them in a human-centric way.
